It is literally jammed packed with works from all sorts of authors from Origen (3rd Century) to Gregory Palamas (14 century). There are works by 20 authors. While this is an anthology the works included are complete texts. The average homily/sermon with an introdu|About the Author|Brian E. Daley, S.J., is the Catherine F. Husking Professor of Theology at the Univeristy of Notre Dame and also the translator of On the Dormition of Mary: Early Patristic Homilies (PPS18).
